Throughout it all, I’ll be teaching you how to cook in a better way and providing educational materials for you to review to increase your knowledge of nutrition and empower you to make better choices. My approach is very hands-on – I expect to be rifling through your cupboards and helping you deal with the initial effects of detoxifying your body from the processed foods you may have been eating. This is not a journey that you’ll be doing alone.
If you’re not the main cook in the family, I’ll be having sessions with whomever is so that they’re aware of how to prepare your meals for optimum nutrition. Once you get into your plan, you will find that it’s faster, cheaper and infinitely better for your body to give it the nutrients it deserves.

Before we can begin working together I need to get to know you and your habits a little bit. I’ll be asking you to fill in the keen questionnaire and the keen food diary before we talk. This also gives me a chance to assess whether I’ll be able to help you or whether you’d be better off seeing a medical professional. The initial consultation can take place on the phone, through email, or in person – your choice.
Set of 6 consultation sessions £250
Quite possibly the best money you will ever spend. When coupled with the initial consultation this series will see you through the hardest period of making any lifestyle change – the first two months. During these sessions, you’ll redefine what is healthy and learn what your body really needs to thrive.
We’ll be sorting through your cupboards (literally and figuratively) to find out what needs to stay and what needs to go. I’ll equip you with the skills to start preparing healthy foods and develop methods to avoid the unhealthy in today’s processed world. In short, I will become your new best friend, but the kind that tells you what’s what.
Follow-up consultation sessions £50 per session
These individual consultations are perfect for those who are looking for very specific advice but don’t want or need the full series. It could be that you’re interested in incorporating more raw foods into your life and need some cooking lessons. It could be that you need a custom plan created that you’re confident you can follow through on without additional support. These sessions are also perfect for those who have completed the series and are looking for a booster session once a month to renew their commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
